I'm so happy to have chosen Eco Auto for multiple reasons:
- Brand-agnostic EV specialists: they are not tied to a specific company so they didn't try to sell me a specific brand, they were focused on my needs.
- One-stop shop: they also provide home EV chargers and have a partnership with a company that can help with installation. It definitely makes things convenient. I was also grateful they have a partnership with so many financial institutions for multiple financing options.
- Cost: the price of my car was fair and in line with other ones in the market.
- Salaried workers, not commission: I think this helps avoid feeling the pressure to sell/buy.
- Cool mission/vision: I enjoyed getting a tour of the place and learning about the history of their mission and foundation. They exemplify a commitment to sustainability in multiple ways.
- Great customer service: I worked with Al, Jean, Chris, Bob, and Dennis. Al, Chris, and Jean helped me answer all of my questions and buy the car; Bob helped me with the registration transfer at Nashua City Hall, and Dennis came to my home and made me a second key. They have been very prompt in responding when I've had questions.
They are all wonderful people and it was a pleasure working with them! They really made everything feel very seamless and easy. Side note, Al and Jean also speak Spanish so it was great speaking to them in Spanish as well!
I love my new car! It's my first electric vehicle and I love it!
